My primary research lies at the intersection of machine learning, neuroscience, risk estimation, and information theory. 

I am an associate professor in Information Systems and Statistics at the Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, CUNY.

My work has been supported by grants from the National Science Foundation and National Institute of Health.

I am interested in how information processing with computational constraints shapes learning in biological and artificial systems.
